To Install: 

1. Put the key in the Supra Key Tray and slide it in 

2. Shackle it to the Door. Please be careful not to close tray without key. Once the tray is closed it can only be opened by Realtor. So please make sure that the key is in before closing the tray

Once installed the SUPRA Can only be unshackled by our Broker.

All other realtors can only open it to remove Key or put the Key Back in the tray

To Uninstall once you are done using it. Please call us to have it taken down (un-shackled).

The Rental Price includes removal. 

For any other maintenance related issues. Additional $100 Broker Travel Fee Applies, if it requires us to visit your property.
